1. Start-up meeting

Company presentation, job description, requirements profile and timeline of the recruitment process.

2. Preparation of documents

We produce relevant documents for a presentation to our candidates.

3. Search

Search in our own and external networks. Candidates are mapped and contacted based on the requirements profile.

4. Interviews

We conduct structured interviews.

5. Matching

Matching is done with regard to both background and personal qualities.

6. Tests

The MAP personality test and the Matrigma logical/analytical test.

7. Reference and background checks

At least two references on the final candidate. Written reference report.

8. Employment

We support you throughout the hiring process.

9. Evaluation

Evaluation with both client and candidate after three months.
