Although Hoist Finance is a Swedish company, you will have a highly international reach in your role as Regulatory & ESG Reporting Specialist.
You will join a dedicated, friendly and currently growing reporting team, focusing on centralizing group regulatory reporting, improving efficiency and automation of reporting flows, and implementing new regulations (E.g. CRR3 and CSRD). You will build a broad network within the organization and have continuous contact with functions as Risk Control, Treasury, People and Finance teams in other countries.
You will report to Head of Group Accounting and be placed at Hoist Finance modern office in central Stockholm.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Preparation of regulatory reports and reporting to the SFSA.
- Being a part of the ongoing regulatory centralization, taking over the regulatory reporting tasks from Risk Control and Treasury.
- Monitoring and implementing changes in accordance with regulations from EBA and FSA.
- Monitoring and implementing changes in the reporting requirements and data point models, in collaboration with the reporting system provider.
- Continuously contributing to- and improving- more effective reporting processes.
- Ad-hoc tasks within capital and liquidity calculations from Finance team or the regulator.
- Be part of projects aiming to streamline and integrate ESG and sustainability frameworks with financial reporting processes, data flows and Risk management frameworks.
Who Are You?
To be suitable for the position we see that you have a degree in accounting, finance or engineering. After your studies you have at least three years of experience from a role within Big 4, Finance consulting or appropriate experience within a financial institution. You have a genuine interest in reporting and sustainability issues, as well as regulatory implementation. It is meritorious if you have basic knowledge of capital and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g. CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, CRR). Finally, you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken and you have very good knowledge of MS Excel.
We are seeking someone with strong collaboration skills who enjoys building relationships. You should be self-driven, capable of managing projects independently and possess a high level of integrity and attention to detail. Excellent analytical skills are essential, complemented by a curious nature and a results-oriented mindset. Additionally, you thrive in dynamic environments and are proactive in taking initiatives within the scope of your role.
