We are offering an opportunity to work at one of Sweden’s largest multinational companies. In this role as Business Controller Europe Division, you will be part of an international environment, gaining exposure to and working closely with senior and highly professional stakeholders across Europe. You will leverage your previous experience as a Business Controller while also having the opportunity to develop and expand your skills further in a dynamic setting.
In this position you will be part of the European Divisional Controller team, reporting directly to CFO Europe Division. The controller team is working as an enabling function, providing business support and ensuring financial quality for the countries in Europe. You will be working closely with the CFO: s and the management teams of the countries assigned to you, as well as with the other members of the controlling team.
The position is based in Kungsholmen, Stockholm and includes some traveling in Europe.
Your Responsibilities
- Periodic closings, forecasting and business planning
- Drive financial performance by tracking key financial KPIs, offering actionable insights and recommendations as well as ensuring ownership and accountability
- Analyze and compile financial reporting
- Participate in M&A-related activities
- Work with financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Drive various development projects where focus is on becoming more data-driven and to modernize workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Support and share the development of Division and Group-wide best practices
- Establish good cooperation with the local country financial community as well as Securitas Group functions and Divisional Management
Who Are You?
You hold a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and have a minimum of five years of professional experience working within the field of business control. Today you are likely working as a Business Controller or Group Business Controller in a large international corporation – alternatively as a Management Consultant or within Transaction Services in Big 4. Experience in M&A transactions is a plus. You are fluent in English and have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
