Head of Global Accounting to EasyPark

EasyPark Group, a forward-thinking tech company specializing in smart parking and mobility solutions, is seeking an experienced Head of Global Accounting to oversee its financial operations across diverse markets. 

Is this your next challenge? 

As Head of Global Accounting, you will lead, mentor and develop the company’s accounting teams (consisting of managers and employees) located across several countries, including Stockholm, Basingstoke, Amsterdam, and Atlanta. You will ensure efficient, scalable, and standardized accounting processes aligned with local and international regulations. You will collaborate closely with the finance and FP&A teams to deliver accurate financial data and insights. With the implementation of NetSuite planned for 2025, you will have the opportunity to drive system optimization and process development to support EasyPark’s continued growth. 

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this role is based at EasyPark’s headquarters in Stockholm, with the possibility of hybrid work.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams in all regional offices, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the accounting operations of our legal entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Design and implement streamlined, standardized accounting processes across the group to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, and other departments to provide accurate financial numbers.
  • Drive improvements in accounting systems to support business growth and scalability.
  • Coordinate the audit process for our local entities and support the audit process.

Your Profile

 An academic degree in finance or an equivalent field is essential to thrive in this role. You have proven experience leading global accounting teams, ideally within multinational organizations. Expertise in IFRS and a strong track record of designing and implementing efficient, standardized accounting processes are highly valued. A strong advantage is a background in working with ERP systems and driving system enhancements. Fluency in English is required.
