As our ESG Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability into our strategy and operations. You will be accountable for transparent and credible reporting of our ESG performance to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include building the internal control framework, defining ESG measurement criteria, developing policies and structures, and performing risk assessments for the design of internal controls and governance. Additionally, you will collect, analyze, and report on ESG data in accordance with the CSRD framework to be published in the group’s annual report.
The goal is to create a positive environmental impact and ensure that our vision – ”Together, we make cities more livable”—is delivered responsibly and sustainably. You will report to the Head of Group Finance but will work closely with the Sustainability Manager within the Communications, PA, and Sustainability team, as well as with legal and cross-functional project teams.

Your profile
You have a Master degree in economics, finance or equivalent, preferably with a focus on sustainability. You also have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience from controlling, consultancy, or auditing focused on ESG issues and sustainability reporting with comprehensive knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks. You are fluent in English and have a high degree of literacy in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
