Your areas of responsibility
As a Group Business Controller at Dometic, your primary focus will be on coordinating and driving the Group’s overall management reporting and performance analysis. You will work closely with, and support, the business across the Group segments while contributing with proactive insights and in-depth analysis to enable better data-driven decision making.
The role offers significant opportunities to improve and advance Dometic’s reporting structures while leading the Group’s business controlling forward. In addition, you will provide ad hoc analyses to support the Head of Group Business Control, the Group CFO, the Group CEO, and other key stakeholders.
You will be part of an engaged team of seven people and report to the Head of Group Business Control. The position is based at Dometic’s headquarters in Solna Strand, Stockholm. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment, contributing to strategic analyses that play a meaningful role in supporting Dometic’s ongoing growth and development.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading the Group’s monthly management reporting process together with the Head of Group Business Control. Proactive part in developing the reporting based on the changing needs of Group management.
- Drive requirements on monthly reporting and analysis performed by the Group segments and support the segments in improving financial processes and analyses to increase business value.
- Developing and streamlining management reporting, including workflows, reports, and self-service solutions.
- Analyzing, validating, and ensuring the quality of financial KPIs and monthly reporting.
- Proactive role in driving and coordinating restatements of historical data, if needed.
- Support in the development of Dometic’s financial model as well as the Dometic data platform, to facilitate efficiency and quality improvements in monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Creating and implementing structures that advance the role and the Group’s performance management.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the organization to improve data quality and generate actionable insights.
Your profile and qualifications
You are an ambitious and driven individual with a natural ability to identify and drive opportunities for growth. To succeed in this role, you need to be analytical, proactive, and self-reliant, with a strong commitment to improving and developing processes. Your curiosity and willingness to explore new solutions ensure that you continuously contribute to the organization’s progress. With your excellent communication skills, you easily build trust and foster strong collaborations both internally and externally. Working directly towards the Group senior management, you possess a strong degree of integrity and professionalism.
You hold an academic degree in finance, economics, or a related field and have at least 2–3 years of experience in an analytical role, such as a controller or financial analyst. You are accustomed to working with diverse stakeholders in an international setting and possess a natural aptitude for creating structure and clarity. Experience in process development and familiarity with Power BI or other analytical tools are advantageous. Lastly, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
