Do you work as a controller at a group level, with a passion for systems and a track record in an international or publicly listed environment? If so, you might be the next star we are searching for! In this newly created role as Group Controller, you will join our forward-oriented FP&A function and further help develop it as the company continues to reinvent the music industry. We are looking for a structured and analytical professional, highly skilled in systems, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your tasks and areas of responsibility
As Group Controller, you will focus on financial process development and financial reporting from an FP&A perspective. In our rapidly growing company, you will lead initiatives to ensure efficient and reliable data and process flows across our financial and BI systems. By staying updated with the latest trends and best practices, you will play a key role in building and refining structures at the group level.
In addition to your focus on systems and processes, you will play a central role in the monthly reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines. You will also work with cost monitoring, analysis, and supporting the organization with budgeting, forecasting, and result follow-ups.
You will join a welcoming and goal-oriented team of six, reporting directly to the VP Financial & Business Performance Manager. This role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm, Södermalm, offering a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative company reshaping the music industry.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Financial management reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis
- KPI reporting and visualization
- Process development in line with team objectives
- IT-related projects, such as improvements in Aaro and BI tools

Your profile
You hold a university degree in economics, preferably with a combination of economics and IT/systems. We envision that you are currently working in a controller role at a group level, where you have managed large datasets and built analytical and reporting functions within an organization. Experience from working in a scale-up company is highly valuable. Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English are essential.
