What we are looking for
In this position you will lead the work around Internal Control over Financial reporting within Securitas Sverige. You will be a key person in maintaining the ICFR framework and to ensure the ICFR requirements are implemented and help develop necessary local governing documents. You will conduct country specific ICFR risk assessment as necessary and define additional country controls which you will also implement.
You will work closely with many different stakeholders such as Divisional ICFR Manager, Group Management Assurance, CFO and Accounting Manager at Securitas Sverige and auditors.
The position is located at Securitas modern head office in Stockholm City at Lindhagen, Kungsholmen.
Main Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for the Country ICFR matters and support local stakeholders on ICFR “accounting control”.
- Champion tools and best practice methods ensuring and developing the financial/accounting quality of local country closings, procedures and routines.
- Monitor that key risks related to financial reporting within local processes are controlled.
- Developing a strong local audit framework. Drive improvement activities and ensure follow-up of identified observations and action plans.
- Take responsibility to develop local country finance teams in order to build ICFR awareness, deliver training, provide advice, communicate, and report on ICFR matters.
- Help develop ERP and other tools supporting the business.
- Co-sign Country representation letter to Division.
Your profile
You have a relevant university degree within business administration. Minimum 3 years experience in the field of finance and internal control, preferably as an auditor for large companies in one of the top audit firms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish is a must.

Furthermore, we want you to have a high sense of quality and you are also organized and systematic with focus on accomplishing results.
